Tasked with unifying the client's web presences, I conducted a thorough inventory and crafted a multi-faceted design system in Figma and Frontify. This extended beyond visuals to include developer-friendly code snippets and guidelines. A key responsibility was facilitating the training and onboarding of new teams, ensuring adherence to the system. Simultaneously, I coordinated live A/B tests on various components and pages, assessed their impact, and iteratively refined the design system to meet our overarching objectives.
